The ceramic tile could be alot of work to install.Asphalt tile would take quite a bit of time too but you wouldn’t have much waste. the polymer finish interests me though even if you had to do several coats.And area rugs are “in” now so they can take their dirty rugs with them when they leave.

Hello All: I’m wondering whether commercial grade Armstrong tiles (sold by Home Depot in about 20 colours) would be better than carpeting. My tennants keep messing up carpets, so I’m fed up with the situation. ** a) What about epoxy based polymer coating used in showrooms and garages? b) Ceramic tiles? Thanks a lot!
