Which is better buying properties (low end) up to $50k all cash (buy low sell high technique,) or buying more expensive properties with getting loans and having more profit? What advantages has one compared to the other way of buying properties?

I think you need to do some reading of books on real estate investing. You ask questions which are very general and nebulous and really don’t don’t get at what real estate investing is about. If you will take some time and read up on the subject you will be able to formulate questions that are more limited and, therefore, more answerable. Have you read my post for beginners yet? You can find it by putting “beginners success” into the archive search function on this main board of this CREONLINE.COM website.

Whether to buy high end or low end properties is an individual choice. It is decided by how the markets are and, if you are holding for the long term, what the rents are in different neighborhoods. You make a choice which you prefer.
