I’m a Bronchick fan myself. I just like the idea of knowing my contracts where written by an attorney well versed in creative real estate. Of the courses I have of his I would buy his others on other subjects first before I bought someone elses, but that’s just my own personal preference. Others may very.

hey all,
i’ve been reading johnboys posts, and boy are they great. i wanted to buy a course on flips and subject to, but there are to many to choose from. so my question is this; if you were going to buy 3 courses to get stared, which ones would you buy? please specify. any advise is welcome.
