gave out the free money at the shopping center I just heard about on the news? Apparently, a local real estate investor in NC had some kind of money give away and was shooting thousands of dollars from some sort of canon. It seems that the apparent melee caused injuries including a broken arm. The lawsuits this guy faces are going to be ridiculous. In fact, the lawsuits may turn out to be the REAL cash giveaway.

Maybe I speak too soon because of Isabell but the Outer Banks is not even near a down spot! If we don’t blow away we will still boom. Appreciation rates have been astronomical for 5 years and counting. I own alot of examples. ( I tied them down today).
