Thanks Mike. I have found a lot of potential deals…the only thing that is scaring me right now is figuring out where the money will be coming from to fund them… :slight_smile:

Which do you all find yields better results? Calling ads in the papers or sending out letters? Just wondering. I am probably going to do some of both.

Approximately 1 our of 40 will be a deal from calling ads and it won’t cost you a dime. It might hurt your pride due to rejections. Approximately 1 out of 100 will be a deal from sending letters to out of towners, for rent signs, etc… It will cost you $21 but won’t hurt your pride at all. My suggestion is to do both! I know that most veterans will tell you to get motivated sellers to call you. I agree with that 100% UNLESS you’re just starting out. It will teach you the wordings that you need to get you started.
