Could you please elaborate on the basis of your advice. I am planning on attending a second time (one of the benefits of the initial registration) so I obviously don’t feel like I am wasting my time (it is valuable).

If you check the email address for this guy neither the one used in this
thread or in the other thread looks likely to work. More likely they want

Anyone who attends will not be wasting time or money so the advice is
off topic.
How can 6 months of 1 on 1 personal coaching on the topic of real
estate finance be a waste of time if a student really wants to learn? Ed
has already demonstrated publicly that he knows the finance side of RE
investing. Ed’s posts are there to see. Based on the evidence provided I
suspect JAMES has little to offer that you would find helpful.
Rule #1 for successfully investing in RE. Pick the folks you listen to
carefully. Look at their track record and what they have accomplished.
Like the old cartoon from the dot.com era…
On the Internet no one knows you are a dog. JAMES appears to be
seeking attention while offering nothing in return.

Thanks for the posts. I have been in communication with Ed on the phone a few times since I signed up I know very candidly that the BURDEN will be much more upon me to ASK the teacher , and my willingnes to bend, grow, and Learn than any other item for a successful outcome.
I am excited and will be there early in the AM on Friday!
