I have bulk packages for all prices i need real investers must able to provide proof funds and the ability to close and also some form of down payment for smaller packages of eg. 3,000,000 pls have 300,000 no more blank contract no exceptions you guys have been great and even thou the market is down i am still making it happen i will continue to make the best offers keep them coming.

Are you a direct source for the REO’s or is there another layer(s) of entities involved. I only deal with direct contact with the lender or bank rep or no more than 1 layer between the buyer and the seller.
