It would depend on type of state you’re in. If you’re in an escrow state, escrow will do it. If you’re in a state where attorneys ore title companies handle the transaction, they can draw them up.

When you find a seller willing to finance for a buyer, who draws up all the paperwork, such as contracts for 1st or 2nd mortgages, etc.? Especially where neither has any experience. Who would be the usual trained professional they would call upon?
