Retail: Buy low, Sell High,
(takes time and resources, and involves risk)
Wholesale: Buy low, Sell Low, (selling to another investor for CASH, takes little time, little risk, and is rather simple)
READ JACKIES PRIMERS in the “How to Articles” section of this site. Also go buy Ron Legrands book about Quick turn real estate. This material will pump you up and educate you to start making money.

I know this sounds stupid but, I don’t want to be ignorant either so here goes. What is the difference in real estate terms between wholesale and retail, and which is better for beginning flippers?
