I actually have money and credit for purchases. Plus some extra for rehab work (up to $25K per property). However, I am currently working a full-time job and don’t have a lot of time to go around searching for properties. I am willing to pay a reasonable wholesaler fee though. I am a wholesaler in PG County. What exactly are your goals in regards to investing? Are you looking to lend your money for rehab projects or is there something else you are looking to do?
