Here is a classic example of realtors giving legal advise. People in R/E are quick to call anything they don’t understand illegal. Find another agent, or educate this one.

Greetings!!!

I have really been attacking the information in this website! I have used what is here to began the opening stages of a small wholesale operation to get my foot in the door and get some cash shots to begin my credit repair. I have compiled a list of abandoned properties and foreclosures, identified some of the major investors, and will be receiving the list of section landlords in the mail soon.

I had a sit down with an NC realtor who is totally unfamiliar with creative real state investing, good guy tho. He said that flipping homes for investing purposes was illegal UNLESS you hold the homes for betweens six months and two years. The real estate lawyers I interview next week, but I would love to have to some insight from you guys.

Thanks a bunch!!!
