Hi Everyone,

(I posted this message to the Carleton Sheets forum in error.)

I amd new to REI have been looking at doing rehabs. We have bought 2 HUD houses for our own residences and rehabbed them, so we have some experience.

However, but I was thinking of getting into wholesaling to start out…especially because it is lower risk and we don’t have much extra cash.

If anyone is wholesaling in the Northeast (MA, RI, CT) can you give me some insight?

Have you tried myhousedeals.com-you can pickup and wholesale deals on the site.
I am 15 year veteran in Worcester,Ma always interested in talking to fellow New England investors

Found a ‘deal’ on the site…website says…
Sell price $12.M
ARV $1.6M
Rehab cost $10K
Equity spread $347K !!!

A quick search on the prop show it was sold march 07 for $850K
