Hello All,
My name is Jonathan. I am trying to learn how to wholesail. I have issues finding properties. I have the investors lined up already put I need to get properties. I get a list of properties from someone that request 68%LTV these are bank owned properties. The problem is investors don’t want to pay 68%. I just need a mentor to show me the ropes. I live in Orlando, Florida. If anyone could please HELP me it would greatly be appreciated. I truly do want to make money.

You live in Orlando. Of course they don’t want to pay 68%. That’s a very heavily overbuilt market and prices are still going down.
