As you’ve discovered, corps and LLCs do not hide owners’ names in most states…that’s what trusts are for! Read Bronchick’s articles on the subject at www.legalwiz.com.

Hello,
I know that in LLC corps. and S type corps. one can hide name however once I looked up a business license it has the business owners name and lists as an LLC etc!!! I thought the corps were to hide our names.
How do we not let on to our name.
