Hi:
I’m considering the purchase of one of several foreclosure courses available. In some of my research on this site, I have seen a lot of favor shown toward Joe Kaiser’s course.
After reading the syllabus, it seems that Mr. Kaiser has some unique ways of finding foreclosures before their sales are announced?
Could I get some input from others who have purchased this course as to the effectiveness of Mr. Kaiser’s methods? Any guidance is appreciated.

Joe’s stuff is great ideas. But implementing them is work. If you don’t want to work, don’t buy it, this isn’t a “get a foreclosure list and mail this letter”. … this is in the trenches and that gives you opportunity that others don’t have … you still have to make the sale, thought there are lots of ideas on that front too.
