I was about to post an invitation for someone to invest in a particular deal I have that would be paying a 15 to 20% on the investment. I happened to look up and see that this is not allowed. I thought this was a site for investors to get info as well as help on investing in real estate and partnering is a big part of what we do so I was somewhat shocked to see that was not allowed. Can someone explain this to me PLEASE.
