A TIN is what illegal immigrants have, since they cant get a SS#.
The feds will issue a TIN to anyone that applies for it.

I have begun my scouting for my first deal. I was checking out some classified adds and I ran across to two things.

I noticed that several adds says, “auto-approval in one hours with SSN# or TIN# only”. Now, I understand why they would need a SSN # for an applicant. Is the TIN # for those who do Lonnie’s?

I also noticed adds stating, “we’ll match up to $2,000 down”. Is that a way of making a sale out of unrealistic mark-up?
