If you buy without the wife signing off, if I’m correct you and the wife will both have equitable intrest in that property, get her name and social from the husband, and skip trace her. www.searchusa.com I believe that is the correct website.

This one guy’s wife left him 5 months ago - nowhere to be found.
I’d like to buy their house (they are on deed) that is in
foreclosure from the bank with a short sale.
Is there a way I can buy it? If so how?
(again, she’s nowhere to be found - obviously she can’t sign any paperwork)
