Bill Bronchick is one of the very best teachers, and he is an attorney, therefore what he teaches is better than most when it comes to CYA and legal explanations.
Given the chance to start over buying courses, I’d start with him.
Go for it, you will not be sorry.

Bill Bronchick’s courses are great! I think I have 4 courses on lease optins (and other topics). Bill Bronchick’s is the best value for the money. His lease option course even comes with I believe it was 10 full sets of full documents, which I have used on my deals. He also offers ongoing support, he is reachable.
You can’t go wrong with Bronchick’s courses, UNLESS YOU BUY THEM AND DON’T USE THEM!!!
