The Bronchick course is very thorough. You will find it a great starter kit. As far as getting it checked by a local attorney, why wouldent you do this anyway? Your going to play with someones house, and not be sure your forms protect you? Buy the course AND get the forms checked. It’s the least you should do as a business.

I was just reading what is contained in William Bronchicks couse and wondered if indeed it provided a complete picture of what is required for L/O
and as far as the legal forms etc is a complete set that I could use in MA or would I need to speak to an attorney after reacieving them to make sure they cover my state…
