Not 100% sure, but I thinnk that was being handled by the Florida Atty General office. If not, they could probably direct you to the right place.
I see 20/20 (or whatever it was) re-ran the story of his scam last week.

They did have a trust fund set up to give refunds.
I might add however that McCorkle has already been in jail for nearly a year and hasn’t sold any products in nearly 2 years. You did wait quite a long time to start complaining.
