Hi, sorry for the semi-ad, but I have a copy of Nickerson’s book “How I turned $1000 into Three Million in Real Estate - in My Spare Time”, a rare and sought after real estate book, and I’m planning on putting it up for sale on half.com. Right now, the lowest price for it is $75, plus shipping. If someone on here has paypal, and wants to buy it from me directly before I put in on the web, I’d sell it for $65, shipping included. That would amount to a good savings for you, and I’d end up with about the same amount.
Remember, considering what this book goes for, buying at this price is no-risk. Buy it, read it, and if you don’t want to keep it, sell it for as much or more than you paid for it. It’s like a mini Real Estate deal.
