I’m not a mobilehome person. However, I did see the website of a group that might be worthwhile to join.
It is the Federation of Manufactured Home Owners of Florida. They should be up to date on the latest laws.

Does anybody know about wind codes for mobilehomes in Florida? Looking to buy older mobile and have it moved
to a park. One mover I talked to said once you move an
older mobilehome that does not meet this code you can not
set it up again in the state of Fl. If this is true is
there anyway around this. Thanks for the help.
