Hello All,

I would like to take the plunge (after going around in circles trying to figure out which type of RE investing is good for me)and found that flipping a property with an option (see Ben’s success story) would be the best opportunity.

My question is – what type of wording should I use in my ad? I know I’m looking for distressed home owners, but I want something that will grab their attention.

Any ideas?
