Financial institutions need to assess the risk of lending to businesses as well as individuals. A new business has no credit history, so it would be very difficult to find an institution to loan to a new business. You would probably have better luck by signing personally for a loan, using other collateral you have.

The best chance for a “new business” loan would probably be the SBA.

I recently started Crawford Investment Group, LLC. I have been trying to find institutions or individuals willing to make a working capital loan, without much success. Does anyone know of an organization or an individual that makes working capital loans to new businesses.
