working credit line - Posted by lachin

Posted by lachin on February 05, 2001 at 14:16:40:

I have enough cash to back my REI. However I am a beginner in that job. Because I have to manage the family wealth I have to get into that business and manage family real estates. Can anyone give me web page or information about how to get a working credit line.
Thanks in advance

Also, First Union has a new program where they’re giving unsecured credit lines $25-50k with no income verification (this may be small compared to your needs). You do have to have decent credit. According to my banker, FU suddenly wants to start loaning more money.

Try this question over on the finance board-http://www.creonline.com/real-estate-financing/wwwboard6/index.html
Ed Garcia has addressed this question many times, and I’m sure he would be happy to help you out.

Are there any First Union banks in California or do you have a number for them. Thank you in advance.

I have great credit, and am looking to establish a LOC for purchasing home equities at a discount on “subject-to”-type deals. Is the bank looking for a business plan for these credit lines, or can this just be for “whatever”? I assume this would still incur a personal liability, i.e., I could not take this out in a business name.
