I’m not going to get into a moral discussion of the way a sales commission should be split. You could spin that any numbers of ways. I just wonder why a lot of people think a Realtor is making way too much money because they get 5 or 6%, but the same people don’t have any problem giving a waiter or waitress 15-20%. The wait person has no overhead, & more than likely gets paid by 90% of the people they serve. Realtors have expenses & deal with a lot of people that don’t buy anything, therefore not paying anything.
