Does it make sense or unethical? Both sound like they would be great to work with. I can’t decide who would be of greater help so I was wondering if I could work with both? Referenes from both brokers give them thumbs up.

Thanks,

Our firm encounters this situation often. You should not “retain” two professionals no matter what the profession. It is unfair to the professional who relies on commission for his/her livlihood. Put yourself in his/her shoes and the answer will be clear.

Do not work with two brokers on the same deal. It will be a big disadvantage for you and the broker.

Thank you. I kinda figured it might be a bad idea, but I just needed a second opinion.
