Legally you can, ethically I think its wrong. If the mortgage broker is good - there is no reason to go elsewhere. The mortgage broker commits time and money to help you get a loan and should earn your business when he is done. My advice would be to pick the best one and let him/her do their job.

Does it make sense or unethical? Both sound like they would be great to work with. Referenes from both brokers give them thumbs up. I can’t decide who would be of greater help so I was wondering if I could work with both?
