I’m looking for any real estate investing workshops or seminars in the NY/NJ area or Northeast in later October, Nov or December. I’ve invested in preconstruction of townhomes and have been very successful, but I’m looking into pursuing other options such as lease options or pre-foreclosures. I’d like to attend a workshop to meet other investors and to get some actual hand holding for moving forward.
