Hello and thank you for answering.
Our area has a weekly FSBO seminar to educate home sellers on how to sell their homes by owner. It is hosted by the local FSBO magazine that advertises homes for sale by owner and is distributed for free.
Guest speakers at the seminar include; Title officers, Mortgage brokers, Home Inspectors, etc.
Would it make sense for me to attend the weekly seminar and…
What are some topics to discuss?
How can I present information that will be of value to the seller even if they choose not to work with me?
How do I describe “tablefunding” strategies in a commonsense way?
Should I present the idea of sellers also carrying a second note?
And finally, what other ideas or opportunities do you see here?
