Is a residetial property in a commercial zone a
problem for any of you all(If you intend on holding it) The property if it
burns more than 50% must be rebuilt as commercial.
But in an area that is far from the main road
excessable only by a dirt road, I’m not to sure
that a commercial building would successfully
generate enough income to pay the mortgage. Any
ideas? any suggestions would be greatly
