Zoning laws are always heirarchial. That is, first check with the municipality which covers the land in question… town, city, village planning or code enforcement office, If no local municipality, then the equivilant office of the county. The local district will be able to tell you about any state-wide regulations. If you can’t find the local offices directly, then find out who collects the taxes on the land… I guarantee there’s an office doing that smile
