Call several mortgage brokers in your area. In Omaha, there are several brokers that have 5% down for SFH/10% down for MU investor programs for about 9.7%. Here you can also finance 100% (65% lender/35% seller carryback)…you just have to call around.

I am looking to buy a 3-5 unit in NW Indiana. I am looking for an investor loan. I only want to put 10% down. Are lenders offering these types of products? Are they available at higher rates? If so, what is the average?
