You may go to Hunters Point or Bayview area or Western Addition. East Palo Alto is an other place to try. Some parts of Oakland still O.K. Richmond, San Pablo and Peoples Republic of Berkeley comes to mind. Other options are outside of Bay Area. Good luck! Julius Levai
