I just wanted to let everyone know that rehabs can be fun - and hopefully profitable.

This is the house I have written about in the past. I paid $9k for it and have a total of $55k in it, thanks to a mortgage company that saw my vision. (BTW, I photographed this property and did a mock-up on my computer of what it was going to look like when finished and I think that helped).
I have it on the market for $119k, so I’ll let you all know how everything turns out.
