Our credit scores are approx. what you see, we have long stable job history, decent income, equity in two properties and have a possible private money source for approx. 10% down. We have no down of our own, and want to get started back investing now. Is there a mortgage program for us? We need a finance expert here.

You can get hard money loans just make sure that it is a real deal.
