No, it can’t be divided. The property would fit right in with a new construction. It’s so out of place in it’s current condition. Think of it as a shack in the middle of mansions. I know there’s a profit here and open to any suggestions. I’ve got lots more details for all interested parties.

Found a 2BDRM fixer on 2.36 acres - looking for an investor to flip it to. Although it may be a little difficult because owner is in no hurry to sell. It’s on a quiet dead-end street with Million Dollar luxury estates as neighbors. House doesn’t even have tenants for cash-flow. I’m hesitant to put it under contract just yet. What to do???

The property is near PCC Rock Creck Campus close to 185 and West Union. The zoning is AF-10: “agricultural and forestry district is to promote agricultural and forest uses on small parcels in the rural area”. This is a gold mine!

Ahh. So it can’t be subdivided into individual lots? The owner wants 600k for it?
