Most of the mobile home investors play over at Newsgroup 1. That might be a good place to post it. I HIGHLY recommend getting Lonnie Scrugg’s materials before investing in or trying to “flip” mobile homes - or RV’s.
You can do it, but you need to know values. What the RV is worth, what you can sell it for (on terms), whether there is a ready market at that price and terms, how long it would take to sell, etc.
If you don’t know the answers, then doing this deal would be pre-mature.
