Kessler is a very nice, very OLD man (70 plus). He hasn’t been an active investor for decades. Everybody offers mentoring or coaching these days, but I’ve heard Sheets is the best if you’re willing to work. The “willing to work” part is probably the most important ingredient regardless of the program.
I am a new real estate investor and I am considering taking the mentoring program from A.D. Kessler. This costs $2,540 for 6 monthes. The thing that sounds interesting is they will give you assignments and will conversing with the mentor on a weekly basis. Is this a good idea? I am really interested in getting a fast start and I AM WILLING TO GO TO WORK!
