Flipping contracts is probably going to be the easiest thing for you to start with. Costs nothing out of your pocket with little risk (when done right). Read everything here about flips, read Jackie Lange’s articles in the “How-To” section and then go out there and find 'em!

Good luck,

I’m not sure where to begin but here it goes. I’m a 38 yr old with a good 8-5 job but I know there has to be something
better in life. I have the desire to enter the real estate
world as an investor in order to provide a better more secure life for me and my family. I realize that you have to
crawl before you walk and that knowledge is the key in this
business.

I would like some ideas on where to start out slow making
quick cash (not greedy, doesn’t have to be alot to start out). I read the articles on flipping and lease options. Which one would be the best to start and would generate a
quick paycheck within the first 30-60 days?

Thanks in advance for the advice.
