Also works with Landscape guys (surprising how many of them there are!) Every house we go look at, it seems, has a very talkative neighbor in the “landscape” business.

I mentioned to a friend of mine,who delivers pizza, that I was into RE and told her that I would pay her to bird dog for me. I gave her an idea of the kind of properties that I was looking for and informed her that she would get paid only if I closed the deal. Guess What??? I get at least one prospect from her a day. I’m thinking of asking the paper person, mail person, etc., but I’ll wait till I’m comfortable with the current level of prospects. (Quite overwhelming for a newbie). Just thought I’d, share my idea with the group.

My little brother delivers pizza also and he can pull in a lot of leads.
How are you paying her. I pay my brother $.50 for each lead and then a $200 bonus if I buy it. It doesn’t sound like much, but remember - he works for a pizza place!
