The loan you want is a Foreign National Loan. You can only get 70-75% i,e. you’ll need to put 25-30% down and you will need credit references from your country. World Savings Bank has a very good program.

Dear All,
I am a non-US citizen/resident. So I don’t Have Social Security Number, etc
and I live in Indonesia right now.
But, I am very interested to do Real Estate Investing in US,especially for Foreclosure Property.
Because, everytime I try to contact bankers/financing company in USA, they
always ask Social Security numbers, my resident address in USA,etc
is it possible for me to do that,in term I am not a US Citizen either resident ?
or, if it is not possible,How to make it possible ?
do I have to make an Inc. / Company based in USA ?
do you guys, have a solution for me ? or have known somebody who will be able to guide me ?
or, is there anybody who had the same experience like me, but already solve it, then willing to share with me ?
