You’re half right, I live in Oakland, CA and invest in this area and in the Sacramento area. As well has having some vacant land scattered around from Siskiyou County to Kings County. Want to buy some land?
I am not a quick-turn resell type buyer mainly. I have done some pretty fast resales, but mostly I buy for long-term rentals, so, I’m not the person to ask your question.
