As long as you have the right to sub-lease it you are all right.

Be upfront with the seller and don’t hide things. Make sure you are well documented with the right forms.

Is it legal in Texas to lease option homes and turn them around to Tenant/Buyers on a lease to own basis without having a real estate license or is a license mandatory in this situation?
