The coarse is good, I got two deals that I would not have gotten without it. But you should know that its not meant to be a stand alone coarse. Its meant to be another tool to find property.
If you are buying your first coarse I wouldn’t recomend it. however, It is great at serving its purpose.

Great course. Alot of info you don’t read about in other courses. Some very unique strategies about getting your offer in front of homeowners. It was well worth the money in my opinion.
