Joe Kaiser’s course is terrific. The software that you have the option of purchasing is a must and makes the whole system work very smoothly in my opinion.

I have Joe’s Foreclosure and Lease/ Option courses. Best stuff out there so I’m sure you can’t go wrong with his Abandoned Property course.
