Find some investors at your local investment club or call some from the classifieds. Offer to bird dog properties for them. Ask them what they want when you find a vacant house. Pictures, owners name and address etc. Ask them what they will pay you if the deal closes. You should get no less than $500 per deal. If you can get it under contract CHEAP, you can wholesale it for 2K or more. Depends on the deal. Read Bill Bronchick’s book on flipping. That is not my real email.

I found a property in my area that looked abandoned if I wanted to get another investor to purchase this property, and then pay me a percentage for finding it, How would I go about doing so?
