I would like to put an ad in the penny saver, but really don’t know which ad would help the most.
We BUY Houses or Cash for Houses…When I have used the cash for houses, the people can think of nothing but cash, usually not easy to work a deal with them.
Anyone use the penny saver and what type of ad worked for you? I’m needing more houses. I have a lot of buyers no houses.

I’ve had pretty good luck with “We Buy House - Fast Cash… (xxx) XXX-XXXX We Solve Problems”
Then, find out what their problem is and go to it. If they “need” a cash sale fine … “My cash price is X, I can do better if we can take over payments, etc, etc.”
