I have not had much success yet trying to sell the house and I have been putting the down payment and monthly payment. Not many people have responded yet. Next ad will have the purchase price only. I have been going with the three line ad to try to sell the house.

When you list a house for sale do you put the terms in the ad in the paper or do you just list the price? I mean which would be better listing the price in the classified section or how much down and the monthly payment?

I’d recommend listing the pricing only. If you are planning on selling the home with owner-financing, the want the down payment to be as much as the buyer has. The more the better.
